🐝 The Sweetest Buzz: Meet the Sweet Bee Necklace

Bees have always had a bit of magic to them. They’re tiny powerhouses - working hard, spreading life, and reminding us that even the smallest creature can make a big impact. That quiet strength and sweetness is what inspired this piece!

The Sweet Bee Necklace is a solid sterling silver pendant, created using traditional metalsmithing techniques in my home studio. Each bee is formed by hammering silver into a vintage-style brass die using a punch and hammer - no machine presses, no shortcuts. Just the force of hand tools and a bit of muscle!

Once the silver takes shape, I solder on a sturdy little bail and finish it with a 1.5mm flush-set cubic zirconia, giving this busy bee just the right touch of sparkle - like a little dewdrop.

There’s no hand stamping on this one - it’s all about deep texture and form. The final result is a solid, tactile charm with just enough detail to catch the light but subtle enough to wear every day.
